Constitution of Abaisanza Ba Rumogi Foundation

We, the members of Abaisanza Ba Rumogi, recognizing our common heritage and shared destiny, hereby establish this Constitution to guide our actions, preserve our culture, and promote the welfare of all our members.

United under our motto "AG'ETERAINE NUGO GAATA EIGUFA" (United We Stand), we commit to upholding the values of unity, cooperation, and mutual support.

Section 1: The name of this organization shall be "Abaisanza Ba Rumogi Foundation."

Section 2: The headquarters of the Foundation shall be located at Rumogi Cell, Kigorra Ward, Kikuube Town Council, Kikuube District, Uganda.

Section 1: Vision
To be a united, progressive clan that preserves our cultural heritage while embracing development for the betterment of all members.

Section 2: Mission
To promote unity among members, preserve our cultural heritage, support education, initiate development projects, and improve the welfare of all clan members.

Section 1: Membership shall be open to all descendants of Kisoro Mikairi Gusaalire and those married into the clan.

Section 2: Membership categories shall include:

Ordinary members (descendants aged 18 years and above)
Associate members (spouses married to clan members)
Honorary members (non-descendants who have contributed significantly to the clan)

Section 1: The clan shall be led by a Clan Head (Omukuru w'Omuryango) elected by the clan members.

Section 2: There shall be an Executive Committee comprising:

Clan Head
Deputy Clan Head
General Secretary
Treasurer
Project Coordinator
Youth Representative
Women's Representative
Elders' Council Representative

Section 1: This Constitution may be amended by a two-thirds majority vote of members present at a General Meeting specifically convened for that purpose.

Section 2: The Constitution shall come into force immediately upon adoption by the clan members.
